Returns and related procedures

If you wish to return an item, we will do so in accordance with the following conditions:

• Return acceptance deadline: Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Return procedure: We will provide you with the shipping method when we contact you.
• Return shipping fee: A flat rate of 700 yen will be charged.
• Regarding return shipping fees for defective products: We will cover the cost of return shipping fees for products that are defective on our part. We may not be able to accept defective products if we do not receive any contact from you within two weeks after the product arrives.
